Presently persuing 4-semester M.Tech course in Materials Engineering from School of Materials Science and Engineering, Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur, Howrah-711103, and Working for the one years long M.Tech thesis in the materials Simulation Laboratory under supervision of Prof. G. P. Das starting from July, 2011. Before that, worked in the Nano Materials Synthesis Laboratory of SMSE, BESU for synthesising Au-Ag and HgTe-CdTe based core-shell nanostructure in wet chemical route.

Research Area and Interest:Synthesis
of hybrid lattice matched and mismatched core-shell nanostructure and ab initio
calculation of quantum structures and study their properties.
